What to Include in the T&C Document

Our Terms & Conditions cover important matters such as:

  • Who can use this site: Our content is open to the public, but service inquiries should be made by individuals aged 18 and over.

  • Payments: Project costs are quoted upfront. A 50% deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due before final delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • Revisions and Ownership: Revisions are allowed within reason and as per our agreement. Final project assets are transferred after payment is received in full. DEJAGER design retains rights to showcase projects for portfolio and marketing use.

  • Changes to Services: We reserve the right to alter, pause, or discontinue services at any time.

  • Intellectual Property: All original designs created by DEJAGER design are protected by copyright until transferred under agreement.

  • Accountability: We aim to deliver exceptional service, but we are not liable for third-party errors, hosting issues, or platform downtime.
